Conscripts and "volunteers" for behavior research may or may not be notified of their acceptance into the programs, at a much later date. healthlinks.washington.edu

Sound Transit "approved" Smart Cards, Seattle PI, April 25, 2003.

"A small group of residents are making some big accusations against the City of Belleville," according to Fox 2 KTVI, St. Louis. In Belleville, Illinois the City apparently enforces several communitarian programs that give picky neighbors the power to overturn the Bill of Rights for the less affluent members of the collectives. Take this link to The Fox Files and do a search for Belleville City Rules. It's a Fox File investigation of the city's "tough 'House Rules'".
